Process

It’s really a very easy process.

Get in touch

Reach out via my contact form on the website (ideal as it will also check availability and get some much needed details from you), email or phone. I can then get in touch and fill you in on everything you will need to know about Aisle & Row and how the whole process unfolds.

Catch-Up

We have an obligation free ‘meeting’. If we are in the same area we can meet face to face over a wine or coffee or we can facetime/Google Meet or set aside some time to have a detailed phone conversation and I collect enough information to potentially start drafting you the ceremony of your dreams.

I will let you know how much an investment in my services will cost depending on the type of package you select and sometimes, the distance to the location for the rehearsal and the wedding.

Want me?

If before, during or shortly after the meeting you decide I’m the celebrant for you, I can send you through a contract to sign.

I will send through the first invoice for a 50% (non-refundable) payment.

Please note, I do book up quickly, so it is only once the contract and the 50% deposit have been secured, I am locked in for your wedding day and you can tick one more thing off the huge list that is ‘the wedding’.

Three months out from your date, I will send through a quick little questionnaire to get the wonderful details of your love story so I can begin drafting/adding to your ceremony. I’ll send you an initial outline and make as many alterations as you’d like up to two weeks before the wedding (I like to have everything finalised by then). At this time, I will also send out a form for you to fill in the details I will need to complete your Notice of Intended Marriage (which must be signed and in my hands at least one calendar month prior to your wedding day or it legally can’t go ahead).

Signed, Sealed, Delivered

A little reminder will be sent out for the remaining payment which will be due one month out from the wedding day.

I will arrive one hour prior to the starting time and bring a calm and relaxed vibe with me (along with my amazing Bose Pro1 PA system). I mingle with and welcome your guests and introduce myself to your family and friends.

I’ll have the copy of the ceremony (including your vows) and officiate your incredible ceremony and you can just concentrate on the “I do’s”.

I will deal with all of the legal paperwork and after the signing of the register and the completion of the ceremony, I will mingle for a little while and assist the photographer with any groups shots (cue PE Teacher voice) then, I will depart leaving you and your family and friends celebrate the best day ever. All documents will be sent off in order for you to obtain your marriage certificate.
