Process

It’s really a very easy process.

Get in Touch

You can reach out through my contact form (best option — it checks my availability and captures important details), or get in touch via email or phone.
Once I hear from you, I’ll walk you through how everything works and what to expect with Aisle & Row.

Catch-Up

We’ll have a no-pressure chat to get to know each other. We can meet in person for a wine or a coffee, or connect via FaceTime, Google Meet or phone — whatever suits you.

This is where I learn a little about your story and what you’re hoping for in your ceremony; content, inclusions, music, vibe, set up and layout, readings, entrance etc

Want Me?

If you decide I’m the right celebrant for you, I’ll send a contract and the first invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Your date is locked in once both are received — after that, you can tick “celebrant” off your wedding list.

We’ll also get your Notice of Intended Marriage sorted, which must be signed and in my hands at least one month before the wedding.

Crafting the ceremony

About three months out, I’ll send a short questionnaire to collect the details I need to start shaping your ceremony.
You’ll receive a draft to review, and we can make changes right up until the big day.

Signed, Sealed, Delivered

One month out, I’ll send a reminder for the final payment.

On the day, I arrive at least one hour prior to your guests arriving with my Bose S1 Pro sound system.
I greet your guests, check in with your family and vendors, and make sure everything feels calm and organised.

I’ll bring the ceremony script and your vows, guide you through every step, and take care of all legal paperwork afterwards.
